Delete Your Account

Vendor Vault — Account & data deletion request

In-app deletion (recommended): Open the Vendor Vault app → Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request to our support team:

Send an email to support@vendor-vault.app with subject Account deletion request

Include the email address linked to your Vendor Vault account

We will permanently delete your account and all data within 30 days and confirm by reply email
Request account deletion

What gets deleted

  • Your Supabase authentication account (email + password)
  • All cloud-synced inventory, sales, and trade-in data (Pro users)
  • Subscription records and Pro status
  • Any cloud-stored product photos (Pro users)
Note: Data stored locally on your device (Free tier) is not sent to our servers and must be removed by uninstalling the app. Cloud data (Pro) is deleted from our servers within 30 days of the request.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Play Store or App Store subscription. Please cancel your subscription first:

  • Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Vendor Vault → Cancel
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Vendor Vault → Cancel
